This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Accountable for facilitating the mentoring, coaching, and growth of the team, acknowledging strengths and areas for improvement, while developing performance enhancement plans.
• Lead and manage a team of Recruiters, driving performance outcomes across designated accounts.
• Serve as a consultative tactical partner by understanding the labor market and the client’s industry to deliver exceptional sourcing advisory strategies.
• Set daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives, create individual recruiter performance metrics, and make agile modifications to these targets.
• Address all direct employee matters and processes, including ongoing performance evaluations, appraisal procedures, and development planning.
• Assume full responsibility for comprehensive reporting to Senior Leadership.
• Possess a thorough understanding of contract specifics, P&L, and account logistics to effectively lead the team and direct their focus accordingly.
• Ensure the team is informed about their metrics and the current SLAs outlined in the SOW, along with the impacts of meeting or missing those targets as they relate to recruiter performance.
• Strategically predict resource needs, allocate resources appropriately, and assign requisitions to uphold a high level of customer service and support.
• Evaluate and measure client satisfaction, responding promptly when issues arise and taking proactive steps to ensure a high level of productivity.
• Foster a strong culture across the team(s).
• Identify and prioritize both short-term and long-term objectives concerning the account and recruiters’ responsibilities.
• Maintain data integrity by auditing team metrics, ensuring process adherence, and verifying administrative compliance on a weekly basis, at minimum.
• Establish and communicate weekly targets to sourcing team members as necessary.
• Cultivate a strong partnership and collaboration with CRM, as well as with Senior Leadership, Clients, and external partners.
• Report metrics, analyze data, and communicate with the team regarding successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly define expectations and objectives.
• Strong skills in time management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Capable of developing and presenting recruiting strategy plans for client delivery and executing them across the team.
• Demonstrated ability to lead effectively through metrics.
• Possess extensive business knowledge across various industries, showcasing business insight at all levels within client relationships.
• Exhibit agility by thriving in a fast-paced environment with continuously changing demands.
• Understanding of multiple recruiting platforms and ATS databases.
• Expertise in attracting talent through social media, alumni networks, Boolean searches, direct/cold-call sourcing, traditional and innovative sourcing methods, and targeted referrals.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in the RPO or Staffing industry is preferred.
