Recruitment Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Lead and supervise a team of recruiters, providing daily oversight, coaching, and performance feedback.

• Manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency throughout.

• Oversee and enhance ATS utilization, guaranteeing accurate data entry, pipeline monitoring, and reporting.

• Propel operational enhancements across sourcing, screening, and placement workflows.

• Act as a point of escalation for team challenges, client requirements, and process deficiencies.

• Track team metrics and KPIs, recognizing trends and executing corrective measures.

• Assist in client account management tasks and service delivery.

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to synchronize recruitment operations with broader business objectives.

• Complete the application form and record a video as the initial step in the interview process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background in staffing agencies is essential.

• Minimum of 2 years of operational experience within a recruitment setting.

• Demonstrated experience in a managerial or senior leadership position supervising recruiters or recruitment coordinators.

• Practical experience with ATS platforms and recruiting technology stacks.

• Experience in developing recruiting automations and systems, such as sourcing workflows, ATS/data checks, referral systems, or alerts.

• Strong command of written and spoken English, with a professional and clear communication style.

• Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced operations while ensuring quality and precision.

• Prior experience working remotely.

• Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and platforms such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar applications.

• Ideally, experience working with US- or UK-based companies.

• Preferred: experience in client account management or primary client relationship roles.

• Preferred: expertise in recruitment reporting, data analysis, and operational metrics.

• Preferred: experience in process documentation, SOPs, or team training.

• Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST / US time zones.

• Must complete a video interview within the specified timeline if selected for screening.
