Recruitment & Onboarding Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and selection criteria.

• Perform initial phone interviews to gauge candidate suitability, experience, and availability.

• Manage candidate progression through various stages of the recruitment process.

• Assist candidates with onboarding processes, including the collection and submission of compliance documents.

• Ensure that all onboarding tasks are completed accurately and within specified timelines.

• Provide support to candidates throughout the onboarding journey to guarantee a positive experience.

• Help candidates with any issues related to the HR system and mobile application.

• Conduct reference verifications via both email and phone.

• Accurately record and communicate results to the relevant stakeholders.

• Create new employee profiles for submission to hiring managers.

• Ensure that all candidate information is precise, complete, and current.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to assist in hiring decisions and keep them updated.

• Aid in job postings and the management of advertisements.

• Maintain recruitment systems and databases.

• Provide general administrative assistance and support with ad hoc recruitment tasks as necessary.

• Conduct staff inductions via Microsoft Teams.

• Prior experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a related position.

• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or recruitment management systems.

• Aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
