Recruitment Officer – Traineeships, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Actively engaging in the recruitment of students through outreach, networking, and marketing initiatives.

• Developing strong partnerships with local agencies, schools, and various referral sources.

• Promoting Juniper pathways and Apprenticeships via career events, recruitment fairs, and pop-up shops.

• Utilizing social media to enhance Juniper's visibility and draw in students.

• Conducting interviews with prospective students and ensuring accurate documentation is completed.

• Assessing support needs and formulating initial support plans to help students succeed.

• Ensuring that our Telford centre achieves its student recruitment objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of Level 2 in English and Maths.

• Background in outreach, sales, marketing, or recruitment.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Confident and outgoing personality with strong communication skills.

• Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with experience in sales, outreach, or marketing.

• Well-organized and proactive, demonstrating strong time-management abilities.

• Capability to build rapport with young individuals and assist them on their career paths.

• Proficient in leveraging social media platforms to promote services and engage prospective students.
