• Conceptualize and implement innovative multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, niche platforms, and other social media channels) aimed at generating a significant influx of qualified candidates for Technical and Healthcare positions.
• Decode the challenges of filling difficult roles. Whether it’s a Specialized Surgeon or a Backend Engineer, you will identify their online presence and persuade them to become part of our ecosystem.
• Approach the candidate experience as a sales funnel. You will meticulously evaluate our "Apply" process to eliminate barriers and enhance conversion rates.
• Take ownership of our Value Proposition. You will articulate to the world why top-tier professionals should prefer CrewBloom over conventional 9-to-5 jobs.
• Quickly create "thumb-stopping" content, ranging from LinkedIn posts to in-depth newsletters, that establishes CrewBloom as a thought leader in the global remote market.
• Maintain our digital footprint (Glassdoor, social media) in pristine and engaging condition. You ensure that the world recognizes us as a 5-star destination.
• Leverage data to monitor ROI and focus on the channels that effectively yield results.
• Continuously observe the Global Talent Market. You will stay ahead of competitors by identifying trends in the Tech and Healthcare sectors before they become mainstream.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Growth Marketing, Recruitment Marketing, or Talent Branding within a rapidly scaling startup or high-volume agency.
• Demonstrated success in creating talent pipelines for Technical (Software Engineering, IT), Healthcare, and specialized Executive positions.
• Experience in navigating the global talent landscape (LATAM, SEA, EMEA, APAC). You grasp localized motivators and know how to attract talent across various time zones and cultures.
• You go beyond tracking "likes." You are skilled in monitoring Cost-per-Candidate (CPC), Cost-per-Lead (CPL), and conversion rates from the initial ad click to the final application submission.
• Extensive hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO-focused job board optimization.
• Capability to craft bold, "thumb-stopping" copy that breaks through corporate noise and resonates with the values of high-level professionals.
• Ability to develop and assess a candidate journey, pinpointing friction points that lead to high-tier talent drop-off.
• Proficient in using Canva or similar tools to swiftly create on-brand visual assets for social media and email campaigns.
• Comfortable utilizing Google Analytics or ATS data to validate effective strategies and adjust those that are not working.
