This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Take the lead in managing end-to-end recruitment marketing initiatives for designated business sectors.

• Oversee the intake process, approvals, timelines, cross-departmental workflows, coordination, billing, and vendor relationships.

• Design, implement, and enhance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads.

• Generate creative assets using employer brand templates.

• Administer landing pages, promote events, and manage sponsored job postings.

• Utilize Canva Pro, Phenom, UTM parameters, attribution tools, and Visier dashboards to assess campaign performance.

• Track metrics, examine trends, and produce reports along with executive-ready summaries.

• Convert insights into actionable recommendations to enhance campaigns, optimize ROI, and refine processes.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand standards, scalable, and effective.

• Organize meetings, establish expectations, and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders.

• Identify enhancements for recruitment marketing strategies and implement scalable best practices.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends in recruitment marketing, media, and employer branding.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least 4 years of experience in recruitment marketing, talent marketing, or related project management roles.

• Demonstrated ability to independently handle multi-channel, performance-focused campaigns.

• Familiarity with paid media, job boards, and employer branding projects.

• Strong skills in client-facing roles and advising internal stakeholders and Talent Acquisition leaders.

• Comprehensive understanding of the Talent Acquisition lifecycle and the influence of marketing strategies on hiring results.

• Practical experience with Phenom, Indeed, LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, and Canva Pro.

• Capability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative data and provide recommendations.

• Experience in managing vendor relationships, budgets, and cross-functional workflows.

• Proficiency in managing competing priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations in a dynamic, high-volume setting.

• Background in healthcare recruitment or high-volume hiring is preferred.

• Knowledge of Workday, UTM tracking, and source attribution is a plus.

• Strong resilience, initiative, and sound judgment while working independently.
