This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more state.
• Develop, monitor, analyze, and enhance pay-per-click campaigns across Google Search Ads, Performance Max, and Microsoft Ads in various geographic locations.
• Evaluate campaign performance to uncover optimization opportunities and increase lead volume.
• Review, enhance, and craft ad copy to boost CTR, quality score, and ad relevance.
• Oversee ad copy modifications through the Compliance sign-off procedure.
• Experiment with and implement smart bidding strategies like Target IS, Target ROAS, and tCPA.
• Execute campaign management with a focus on precision and error prevention.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to coordinate campaign landing pages.
• Ensure high-quality data and business intelligence through precise campaign trafficking.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Regularly present performance insights to management through various dashboards.
• Generate reports that encompass CTR, CPC, lead CVR, and other essential metrics.
• Liaise with BI, UX, and web analytics specialists.
• Proficiency in Google Ads is essential; experience with Microsoft Ads is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Ad Editors for bulk modifications.
• Competence in keyword research.
• Experience with Google Analytics or a comparable web analytics tool.
• Highly skilled in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Background in using competitor monitoring and business intelligence tools.
• Experience with Google Ads AI/automation/scripts is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of practical PPC experience in a high-volume B2C or agency setting.
• Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable but not mandatory.
