Recruitment Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ghana.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the unique needs of clients and current industry trends.

• Oversee the complete recruitment process, which includes job briefings, sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and making placements.

• Maintain a robust pipeline of top-tier candidates across various roles and sectors.

• Act as the main point of contact for important client accounts, ensuring regular communication and updates on delivery.

• Acquire a thorough understanding of client industries, their business models, and specific hiring requirements.

• Provide clients with well-qualified shortlists, candidate evaluations, and insights into the market.

• Guide and mentor recruitment consultants and coordinators.

• Oversee team workloads, provide direction on performance, and offer consistent feedback to team members.

• Conduct internal training sessions to enhance recruitment skills across the team.

• Keep precise records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and the CRM.

• Generate and distribute weekly/monthly reports detailing recruitment performance, pipeline updates, and client interactions.

• Assist in proposal writing, candidate market mapping, and providing talent insights for potential clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally within an agency or HR consultancy.

• A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within recruitment.

• Strong knowledge of local and regional hiring practices as well as labor laws.

• Proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment or executive search projects.

• Capability to shortlist candidates within 5 days of receiving a job requisition.
