• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies tailored to business and client requirements
• Anticipate workforce demands and proactively build robust talent pipelines
• Identify opportunities to enhance sourcing channels and overall hiring effectiveness
• Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding hiring updates and requirements
• Understand their business, culture, and define what constitutes “great talent” for them
• Deliver qualified candidates promptly while ensuring an exceptional client experience
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve targets and advance in their careers
• Provide coaching on sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates
• Establish clear objectives and maintain alignment and accountability within the team
• Manage the entire hiring process from role intake to onboarding
• Ensure seamless operations throughout sourcing, interviews, and offers
• Uphold high standards regarding candidate quality
• Continuously seek improvements in hiring processes to enhance speed and quality
• Utilize tools, automation, and data analytics to inform strategic hiring decisions
• Stay current with industry trends and introduce innovative ideas
• Monitor key performance indicators such as time-to-fill and quality of hire
• Communicate insights and updates to both internal teams and clients
• Leverage data to identify gaps and enhance outcomes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and data privacy regulations
• Maintain fair, ethical, and consistent hiring practices
• Build robust talent pipelines to avoid starting from scratch
• Enhance LinkedIn presence, create compelling job advertisements, and maximize candidate conversion
• Background in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing (experience in an agency setting is highly advantageous)
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a recruitment team
• Excellent communication skills with confidence in client-facing interactions
• Data-oriented mindset and comfort with recruitment metrics
• Familiarity with ATS systems and contemporary sourcing tools (such as Workable, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• A proactive self-starter capable of operating effectively with minimal guidance
