This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Support recruitment efforts by posting job advertisements, assessing resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for newly hired employees.
• Assist with various HR administrative responsibilities, including maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
• Organize initiatives and events to enhance employee engagement.
• Participate in HR projects and contribute to process enhancements.
• Offer general HR assistance as required.
• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or be a recent graduate.
• Strong skills in organization and time management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• High attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Positive demeanor and a strong desire to learn.
• Must be residing in the Philippines.
