This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Perform comprehensive market mapping for executive and senior-level recruitment.
• Identify prospective companies and create structured talent maps.
• Generate high-quality candidate longlists that align with role specifications.
• Monitor and analyze market insights to guide search strategies.
• Establish and maintain organized candidate pipelines in the ATS.
• Track the progress of searches, candidate stages, and engagement activities.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the ATS.
• Provide support to recruiters following the initial candidate screening.
• Assist in coordinating interviews between candidates and clients.
• Schedule and confirm interviews across various time zones.
• Prepare materials for candidate presentations and search documentation.
• Coordinate internal meetings for search updates.
• Arrange meetings with client talent teams to discuss candidate shortlists.
• 2–4+ years of experience in executive search, recruiting coordination, research, or talent operations.
• Demonstrated experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite and advanced Boolean search methodologies.
• Experience in conducting market mapping or competitive analysis.
• Practical experience with an ATS (data accuracy is essential).
