This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Coordinate the interview and hiring processes.
• Oversee and facilitate the complete interview journey, ensuring candidates progress in a timely manner.
• Arrange a significant number of interviews across various time zones and with multiple stakeholders.
• Manage logistics including virtual meeting links, onsite interview spaces, travel arrangements (when necessary), and communications with candidates.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to guarantee alignment and seamless execution during each phase of hiring.
• Offer and Pre-Employment Tasks
• Accurately draft, prepare, and distribute offer letters.
• Initiate background checks (BGC) and monitor their progress to ensure completion on time.
• Start onboarding workflows and oversee the completion of necessary documentation and tasks.
• Act as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the pre-hire and onboarding stages.
• Operational and Administrative Assistance
• Maintain precise candidate records and ensure data integrity within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support process enhancements and document recruiting workflows.
• Assist with reporting, metrics, and dashboards as required.
• Contribute to various special projects within the Talent Acquisition team, such as employer branding initiatives, process optimization, or event coordination.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; relevant experience may also be considered.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative positions (experience in RPO is preferred).
• Familiarity with using an ATS (such as Success Factors, Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Lever) to enhance efficiency is preferred.
• Knowledge of background check procedures and onboarding systems is advantageous.
• A solid understanding of professional communication and confidentiality standards.
