This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, HR, Hiring Managers, and Interviewers on a variety of recruitment initiatives.
• Oversee scheduling and interview logistics for Talent Acquisition.
• Develop top-tier talent processes and procedures.
• Provide assistance with special projects as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment Coordination.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Experience working collaboratively with diverse clients and senior-level business leaders.
• Proven project management skills and the ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.
• A strong interest in robotics and autonomy, along with a knack for problem-solving and creating effective solutions.
• Experience in a startup environment is highly advantageous!
• Knowledge of co-op/intern recruitment cycles.
