📋 Description

• Manage the selection process by identifying and evaluating candidates, conducting preliminary phone interviews, facilitating in-person interviews, and collecting feedback from both clients and candidates.

• Establish and nurture a robust network of candidates through market research and ongoing talent management.

• Create an innovative and proactive recruitment strategy to attract both passive and active candidates.

• Collaborate with hiring managers (clients) in making final selections, discussing compensation, and streamlining recruitment processes, with a focus on delivering value.

• Demonstrated capability to effectively carry out all recruitment functions, including competitive market analysis, passive candidate sourcing, advanced online searches, negotiation, and candidate closure.

• Ability to surpass performance expectations and achieve set goals.

• Strong commitment to client satisfaction and continuous improvement.

• Proven computer skills, including intermediate proficiency in MS Office, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a notable presence on social media.

• Proficiency in Spanish and Italian languages.
