This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Manage the selection process by identifying and evaluating candidates, conducting initial phone interviews, facilitating in-person interviews, and collecting feedback from both clients and candidates.
• Cultivate and sustain a robust network of candidates through market research and continual bench management, showcasing the capacity to anticipate client requirements and hiring manager preferences by delivering impressive submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.
• Create an innovative and proactive recruitment strategy aimed at discovering both passive and active candidates.
• Present exceptional talent for available positions and address any objections during the hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers (clients) on final selections, compensation, and recruitment processes with a focus on adding value and prioritizing the client's best interests.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure their satisfaction.
• Ensure that weekly and monthly submission and hiring targets are achieved.
• Update and manage reports, including applicant tracking system data and other related administrative tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively handle all aspects of recruiting, including competitive market research, passive sourcing, advanced online searches, negotiating, and closing candidates while attaining results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven recruiting atmosphere.
• Capability to surpass performance expectations and goals, as well as to implement feedback to reach desired outcomes.
• Maintain awareness of the recruiting pipeline at all times, with the ability to confidently communicate its status to others.
• Strong commitment to client focus and continuous improvement.
• Skill in executing recruitment strategies, including the clear articulation of RPO and client relationships.
• Possess excellent time management skills, embrace change, and show flexibility when priorities and directions shift.
• Actively engage in the recruiting team and seek ways to contribute value while fostering a collaborative environment.
• Proven computer proficiency, including intermediate MS Office skills, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a robust social media presence.
