Recruitment Consultant, High Volume

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist a Talent Partner, focusing primarily on sourcing and managing pipelines.

• Manage high-volume recruitment, which is a top priority.

• Perform phone screenings that include role fit assessments and culture fit evaluations.

• Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers and Talent Partners.

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including opening and closing job requisitions, scheduling interviews and sending calendar invites, managing the ATS (Dayforce), updating candidate statuses, and uploading reports into the system.

• Develop and sustain an active talent pool.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles exceeding 50 positions.

• Experience in a retail organization (preferred) and familiarity with retail roles.

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Indeed, Seek, Dayforce, and the Checkmate background check system.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams.

• Excellent command of English and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Highly efficient with time management and capable of multitasking.
