📋 Description

• Supervise the recruitment process, which involves identifying and evaluating candidates, conducting initial phone interviews, facilitating in-person interviews, and collecting feedback from both our clients and candidates.

• Establish and nurture a robust network of candidates through thorough market research and ongoing management of talent pools.

• Create an innovative and proactive recruiting strategy aimed at attracting both passive and active candidates.

• Collaborate with hiring managers (clients) on final candidate selections, compensation discussions, and recruitment strategies.

• Demonstrated success in all facets of recruitment, including competitive market analysis, passive candidate sourcing, advanced online searches, negotiation, and securing candidates, all while achieving results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven recruitment environment.

• Ability to surpass performance targets and objectives, as well as adapt to feedback to attain desired results.

• Strong commitment to client service and continuous improvement.

• Proven computer skills, which include intermediate proficiency in MS Office, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a solid presence on social media platforms.
