This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Manage the selection process by identifying and evaluating candidates, conducting initial phone interviews, facilitating in-person interviews, and collecting feedback from both clients and candidates.
• Establish and nurture a robust network of candidates through market analysis and ongoing bench management, showcasing the ability to foresee client needs and hiring manager preferences by achieving high submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.
• Create an innovative and proactive recruitment strategy to attract both passive and active candidates.
• Present exceptional talent for open vacancies and address objections that arise during the hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers (clients) in making final selections, discussing compensation, and navigating recruitment processes with a focus on adding value and prioritizing client interests.
• Maintain strong relationships and satisfaction levels with both clients and candidates.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submission and hiring targets are consistently met.
• Update and manage reports, including data for the applicant tracking system and other related administrative duties.
• Proven track record in successfully executing all facets of recruiting, including competitive market analysis, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, negotiation, and candidate closure while achieving results in a dynamic, metrics-driven recruiting environment.
• Capacity to consistently surpass performance expectations and goals while integrating feedback to reach desired results.
• Maintain awareness of the recruiting pipeline at all times, with the ability to confidently communicate it to others.
• Strong client orientation and dedication to continuous improvement.
• Ability to implement recruitment strategies, including clear communication of RPO and client relationships.
• Demonstrates excellent time management skills, adapts to change, and shows flexibility when priorities shift.
• Actively engages in the recruiting team and seeks opportunities to add value while promoting a culture of open collaboration.
• Proven computer proficiency, including intermediate skills in MS Office, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a robust social media presence.
