This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Overseeing comprehensive 360 recruitment processes - identify, assess, and place both permanent and contract candidates in marketing, creative, and digital sectors.
• Achieving and surpassing revenue objectives - take ownership of monthly and quarterly fee goals, build pipelines, and transform opportunities into billings.
• Engaging in business development and account management - cultivate new client connections, expand existing accounts, and serve as a reliable hiring partner.
• Attracting and engaging candidates - develop and maintain talent networks through direct sourcing, social media, referrals, and CRM activities.
• Delivering complete recruitment solutions - oversee the interview process, provide market insights, assist with offer negotiations, and ensure seamless onboarding.
• Keeping accurate records and reporting - utilize ATS/CRM systems to monitor activities, update pipelines, and report on KPIs and forecasts.
• Collaborating with internal teams - work alongside marketing and operations to enhance sourcing, employer branding, and the candidate experience.
• Contributing to ongoing improvement - share best practices, support initiatives, and aid in the development of the broader team.
• Demonstrated experience in 360 recruitment within agency or in-house settings, preferably in marketing, creative, or digital fields.
• Commercially aware - experience in managing targets, pipelines, and multiple active assignments to meet delivery goals.
• Strong sourcing capabilities - adept at using LinkedIn, job boards, and boolean search techniques to create candidate pipelines.
• Exceptional client and candidate relationship management skills - consultative presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Highly organized and process-oriented - comfortable using ATS/CRM systems and generating timely activity reports.
• Self-driven and resilient - capable of managing a remote work schedule and prioritizing tasks to meet targets.
• Team-oriented - eager to collaborate, share best practices, and support the growth of the wider desk.
