This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Review and finalize candidate files following recruiter qualifications.
• Ensure that all candidate documentation is thorough, precise, and adheres to compliance standards.
• Perform compliance checks and validate supporting documentation.
• Maintain records of compliance and manage candidate databases.
• Adhere to established compliance procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Communicate with candidates to gather any outstanding documentation as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and management to guarantee that candidates are fully compliant prior to placement.
• Monitor and uphold compliance deadlines and renewal obligations.
• Assist with audits and compliance reporting activities as required.
• Previous experience in recruitment compliance, onboarding, credentialing, or compliance administration.
• Strong understanding of recruitment compliance processes and documentation requirements.
• Experience adhering to APSCo Compliance+ standards or similar recruitment compliance frameworks is highly desirable.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Capability to handle multiple candidate files concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with recruitment databases, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Preferred Experience
• - Education recruitment compliance (highly preferred).
• - Healthcare or medical recruitment compliance.
• - Compliance within regulated staffing or recruitment environments.
• - Experience conducting right-to-work checks, reference checks, qualification verification, safeguarding checks, and other compliance processes.

You should feel comfortable working independently, managing extensive volumes of documentation, and ensuring that each candidate file complies with regulatory and company requirements prior to placement.
