Recruitment Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Enhance the employer brand of the organization.

• Assist partners in the proactive recruitment of various roles.

• Ensure a seamless 360 candidate experience from vacancy briefing through to the offer stage.

• Collaborate with partners and operations teams to address recruitment needs in a consultative manner.

• Actively seek out passive candidates, especially for hard-to-fill positions.

• Utilize available tools and systems to identify strong candidates across diverse roles.

• Provide guidance to the business on best practices in recruitment and sourcing strategies.

• Work closely with Operations Managers, HR, Marketing, and other functions within the Shared Service Centre.

• Recruit independently while receiving support from the Head of Recruitment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced recruitment team is essential.

• Ability to manage high-volume and senior roles efficiently.

• Experience in recruiting skilled sales professionals is a significant advantage.

• Recruitment experience in the dental industry is not required; training will be provided.

• Excellent communication skills.

• A calm and consultative approach.

• Highly organized, capable of adhering to tight schedules and recruitment deadlines.

• Ability to excel in an autonomous role and effectively plan the day for productivity and outcomes.

• Familiarity with recruitment tools, including job boards, social media, employer branding, and referral networks.

• Confident in recruitment practices, including the ability to challenge practices and departments when necessary.

• Patient and empathetic demeanor.
