Recruitment Assistant – Full Time, UK Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Evaluate CVs and shortlist candidates for current job vacancies

• Engage in proactive candidate outreach through LinkedIn

• Oversee candidate pipelines by distributing materials and re-engaging prospects

• Update and manage ATS/CRM systems, primarily Zoho

• Handle emails and texts, while providing general administrative and research support

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field

• Proficient in ATS/CRM systems, particularly Zoho

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job boards

• Knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT) for streamlining workflows

• Excellent English communication skills
