📋 Description

• Engage in the recruitment and selection processes

• Evaluate resumes and carry out interviews

• Generate reports based on interview outcomes

• Assist in the analysis of recruitment metrics

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or technical degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources

• Must be a resident of Blumenau, SC, Brazil

• Must be available for occasional face-to-face meetings
