Recruitment and Selection Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Promote job vacancies through a variety of channels and attraction methods

• Evaluate resumes and engage in active candidate sourcing (hunting)

• Carry out video interviews

• Administer and assess tests as necessary

• Develop candidate evaluations

• Collaborate and communicate with the client throughout the recruitment process

• Ensure a positive experience for both candidates and clients

• Background in Recruitment and Selection

• Prior experience working remotely (home office)

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple job openings at once

• Proactive, analytical, and focused on achieving results

• Familiarity with recruitment tools and digital platforms
