This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Operate in a senior, independent, and outcome-focused capacity, facilitating recruitment and selection processes with efficiency, technical expertise, and a consultative mindset;
• Oversee comprehensive recruitment and selection processes from start to finish;
• Conduct strategic alignments with clients and hiring managers;
• Implement proactive headhunting and sophisticated sourcing strategies;
• Execute thorough competency-based interviews;
• Provide precise shortlists and strategic evaluations;
• Manage candidate pipelines, service level agreements (SLAs), and recruitment metrics;
• Engage in operational, technical, strategic, and leadership roles.
• A Bachelor's degree completed or currently in progress in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields;
• Experience in recruitment and selection processes;
• Proven success in rapidly filling vacancies;
• Expertise in competency-based interviews;
• Background in active headhunting (LinkedIn and networking);
• Capability to independently manage multiple processes;
• Proficiency in English (preferred).
