This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ You will oversee our entire recruitment process from start to finish, consistently enhancing it to attract and hire the ideal PR and communications talent for hypr.
β’ Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle β from refining role profiles and coordinating team interviews with other members, to contract negotiations β while consistently upholding our high standards for quality and fit.
β’ Build and sustain a talent pool: proactively identify and approach PR and communications professionals on LinkedIn, possessing a keen sense for those who will genuinely fit our team.
β’ Conduct initial interviews to assess not only technical abilities but also candidates' capacity to work independently and collaborate effectively with our stakeholders, particularly CEOs and founders.
β’ Constantly evaluate and enhance our recruiting framework β there is ample opportunity to innovate and improve.
β’ Collaborate closely with the team and our CEO to develop a precise understanding of the ideal candidates for our team.
β’ Beyond recruitment, you will work alongside our Head of People Experience & Development, playing a vital role in the operational execution of our people initiatives, ensuring that our formats and processes function effectively in daily practice.
β’ Recruiting is your primary focus β you quickly familiarize yourself with our needs and develop a clear insight into which profiles align with us.
β’ You make decisive selections during the hiring process β we only seek individuals who genuinely inspire us.
β’ You operate in a structured and dependable manner with candidates, within the team, and while organizing people processes.
β’ You work autonomously, think proactively, and take a pragmatic approach to topics rather than becoming bogged down in details.
β’ You enjoy communication and maintain high standards for creating a positive experience for both candidates and our team.

β’ A workweek of 40, 35, or a minimum of 32 hours β we are open to discussing various arrangements.
