Recruitment Advisor – Resourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conducting market mapping within the rail, energy, and water infrastructure sectors

• Identifying and engaging with technical white-collar professionals

• Assisting in the delivery of multiple active roles and projects

• Developing and sustaining candidate pipelines

• Utilizing JobAdder as the CRM for candidate management, tracking, and notes

• Facilitating interviews between candidates and clients

• Overseeing diaries, scheduling calls, and managing follow-ups

• Providing support with LinkedIn and social media updates, along with job advertisements

• General recruitment administration and coordination assistance

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment or resourcing, whether in an agency or internal setting

• Familiarity with infrastructure, construction, or engineering markets

• Strong comprehension of technical white-collar positions (such as design, engineering, and project delivery)

• Capability to map markets and pinpoint relevant talent pools

• Proficiency in using CRM systems, with JobAdder experience being preferable

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

• Excellent communication skills that are clear, professional, and proactive

• Agile mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
