Recruiting Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Supervise a team of recruiters, directly overseeing their daily activities, performance, and results.

• Manage the complete recruitment process, ensuring that pipelines remain active, accurate, and progressing efficiently.

• Take ownership of ATS management for the team, focusing on pipeline cleanliness, reporting, and best practices for the system.

• Track team performance against targets and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for any operational or procedural issues within the team.

• Assist in client account management as necessary, upholding high service standards and communication.

• Work closely with senior leadership on capacity planning, hiring priorities, and enhancements to operations.

• Play a role in the development and refinement of internal processes and team documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must have a background in staffing agencies — this is a non-negotiable requirement, and applications lacking this experience will not be reviewed.

• Proven experience in a team lead, senior recruiter, or managerial position with demonstrated responsibilities for overseeing personnel.

• Familiarity with ATS platforms is essential, including confidence in managing pipelines and reporting functionalities.

• Exceptional written and verbal English skills are required, ensuring clear and professional communication at all levels.

• Ability to juggle hands-on recruiting tasks alongside team management duties in a dynamic environment.

• Previous remote work experience is necessary, along with proficiency in remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and ideally experience working with US or UK-based companies. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
