• Establish trust promptly and foster long-lasting relationships.

• Connect healthcare professionals with available travel assignments.

• Negotiate offers effectively and address any objections.

• Maintain a streamlined pipeline and expedite candidate movement.

• Achieve targets, secure business opportunities, and increase earnings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or other relevant high-volume relationship roles.

• Demonstrated track record of achieving goals or meeting performance metrics.

• Excellent communication and persuasive abilities.

• A competitive spirit coupled with determination and resilience.

• Open to coaching and eager to develop professionally.

• Confidence in closing deals.
