• Establish trust rapidly and foster enduring relationships.

• Connect healthcare professionals with available travel assignments.

• Negotiate job offers and address any objections effectively.

• Maintain a candidate pipeline and ensure swift progression.

• Achieve targets, secure business opportunities, and enhance income.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or a similar high-volume relationship role.

• Demonstrated success in meeting goals or performance metrics.

• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.

• A competitive spirit coupled with determination and resilience.

• Eagerness to learn and a willingness to be coached.

• Confidence to initiate the closing process.
