• Align healthcare professionals with available travel opportunities.

• Negotiate employment offers and address any objections effectively.

• Oversee a candidate pipeline and expedite the hiring process.

• Achieve targets, secure business, and enhance revenue.

• Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or other relevant high-volume relationship roles.

• Demonstrated success in meeting goals or performance metrics.

• Excellent communication and persuasive abilities.

• A competitive spirit, combined with determination and resilience.

• Eagerness to learn and develop, with a coachable attitude.

• Assurance in asking for the close.
