Recruiting Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with hiring teams and managers across various locations to identify open positions and job specifications, while managing a robust pool of active, passive, and internal candidates.

• Perform resume evaluations and initial recruiter screenings, oversee candidate communications and follow-ups, facilitate feedback sessions, and conduct offer negotiations, all with a strong sense of urgency.

• Create and implement both tactical and strategic sourcing strategies to build passive talent pools and pipelines, utilizing all available resources such as LinkedIn, Indeed, CRM, and internal databases.

• Design and execute sourcing campaigns that ensure a sufficient flow of candidates to meet the business's needs.

• Utilize all current recruiting platforms and tools effectively to fulfill specific campaigns and hiring requirements.

• Maintain clear, concise, and proactive communication with all client areas and update all tracking and reporting tools on a weekly basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems – Workday and Phenom preferred.

• Demonstrated success in managing multiple recruitment projects and open positions simultaneously in a high-volume environment.

• Highly motivated and driven to take on additional responsibilities with a sense of urgency.

• A proven inclination to leverage technology while embracing innovation and change.

• At least 2+ years of recruiting experience with a solid track record of achieving aggressive performance and hiring goals.

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and foster strong, productive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
