This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and sustain proactive talent pipelines across various business functions utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and additional sourcing channels.
• Perform market mapping and competitive analysis to pinpoint high-quality passive talent.
• Create tailored outreach messaging to foster strong candidate engagement and enhance response rates.
• Execute initial outreach and recruiter screenings to assess candidate alignment prior to advancing qualified talent.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend hiring priorities and define ideal candidate profiles.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of candidate records and pipeline data within the applicant tracking system.
• Organize and coordinate interviews while providing a seamless candidate experience.
• Monitor sourcing activities, outreach metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates to boost recruiting efficiency.
• Support employer branding initiatives, talent communities, campus recruiting, and other recruitment projects as required.
• Remain updated on talent market trends, competitor hiring activities, and innovative sourcing strategies.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, sales, customer-facing roles, or relevant recruiting internships.
• Strong enthusiasm for recruiting, talent acquisition, and cultivating candidate relationships.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar tools is advantageous.
• Exceptional written communication skills for crafting engaging, personalized outreach messages.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
• Proficient in working with spreadsheets, recruiting metrics, and pipeline reporting.
• Inquisitive, resourceful, and eager to learn modern sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• A passion for startups, digital media, technology, or the creator economy is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
