Recruiting Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish selection criteria for open roles and identify the most suitable candidates for employment.

• Work alongside hiring managers from various departments to facilitate a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

• Guide hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques, candidate evaluation, and selection methodologies.

• Provide comprehensive summaries to hiring managers regarding all candidates who have been screened.

• Identify talent through both active and passive sourcing methods, including events, databases, referrals, and direct outreach.

• Evaluate all candidates for cultural fit, quality, and potential for long-term success.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment and onboarding stages.

• Foster long-term relationships with high-potential candidates to ensure job satisfaction.

• Recruit and connect high-potential individuals to early career pipeline initiatives, including internships, rotational programs, and technician apprenticeships.

• Proven experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting, preferably in the automotive or retail sectors.

• Strong aptitude for building relationships and influencing individuals at all organizational levels.

• A proactive and results-oriented attitude, accompanied by a sense of urgency.

• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.

• Keen attention to detail and the capability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.

• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
