This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and sustain recruiting reports and dashboards that track essential metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and interviewer load, providing valuable insights for the recruiting team and hiring managers.
• Act as the primary administrator for our ATS (Ashby), ensuring data accuracy, enhancing workflows, and maximizing the team's utilization of the tools available.
• Co-manage the entire interview coordination process alongside recruiters, which includes scheduling, candidate communications, and interviewer preparation, to guarantee a consistently seamless and responsive candidate experience.
• Recognize and implement process enhancements throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
• Assist with offer management and pre-boarding transitions, collaborating closely with People Ops to ensure a smooth shift from candidate to new hire.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and platforms, overseeing renewals, assessing new tools, and ensuring the team receives a return on investment from its recruiting technology stack.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to keep job roles updated and well-organized in the ATS, identifying process gaps and proactively addressing issues before they escalate into bottlenecks.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting operations or coordination within a growing company.
• Practical experience as an ATS administrator or advanced user.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that are clear and professional.
• Proven ability to handle competing priorities while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Ashby as an ATS.
