• Assess and refresh current job descriptions on the career site to ensure they are accurate, consistent, and in alignment with the latest role requirements and company standards.
• Identify and rectify formatting discrepancies, outdated terminology, and incorrect role information across a substantial number of postings.
• Collaborate with the Recruiting Optimization team to prioritize updates and highlight roles that require input from recruiters or hiring managers.
• Execute a specified scope of job description updates within a 3-month timeframe, contributing to an enhanced candidate experience and more effective talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated experience in reviewing, editing, or crafting professional content with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Capability to independently manage and prioritize workload with minimal daily supervision.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and succinctly.
• Prior experience in recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition operations (preferred).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or career site platforms (preferred).
• Experience in a fast-paced, large-scale organizational environment (preferred).
