• Take ownership of recruitment results for designated segments of the non-clinical care team, focusing on pipeline health, time to fill, and quality of hire.
• Lead and nurture a team of recruiters and contract personnel, offering coaching, prioritization, and daily support to ensure effective execution.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and departmental leaders to define roles, align on candidate profiles, and facilitate streamlined hiring processes.
• Remain closely involved in the execution of key or high-priority roles, stepping in directly when necessary to remove obstacles or expedite hiring.
• Leverage data, reporting, and process enhancements to track performance, identify gaps, and scale recruiting efforts efficiently.
• Incorporate AI tools and automation into the recruitment process to enhance team efficiency, improve decision-making quality, and broaden overall capacity without compromising human judgment.
• A minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle hiring in high-growth or high-volume settings.
• Previous experience managing or mentoring recruiters, contractors, or coordinators, with a proven history of enhancing team performance.
• Proficiency in hiring for operations, customer-facing, or care delivery positions at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Comfortable utilizing data and metrics to oversee pipeline health, prioritize tasks, and drive results.
• Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment, with the capability to balance structure with speed.
