Recruiting Coordinator – US, LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee coordination for the recruitment team across the US and LATAM regions.

• Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and vendors on various analytics positions.

• Assist the recruiting team in tracking candidates' progress throughout the hiring pipeline.

• Source and screen profiles while creating and maintaining the candidate pipeline.

• Support the lead recruiter with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

• Manage the ATS system, gather feedback, and refine the recruitment process.

• Engage and attract talent ranging from senior consultants to leadership roles.

• Coordinate interview planning, negotiation offers, and provide insights from hiring managers.

• Establish partnerships with external recruiting firms or contractors for urgent hiring needs.

• Carry out administrative tasks to support the recruitment team as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a preference for recruitment experience.

• Preferred background in hiring talent for data science, analytics, data engineering, and business analysis roles.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and similar tools.

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
