This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Organize and arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently and professionally.

• Oversee scheduling for multiple active requisitions simultaneously, ensuring everything is organized and on track within our ATS.

• Actively communicate with candidates to verify logistics and keep them updated throughout the hiring process.

• Prepare and dispatch precise offer letters in collaboration with the recruiting team.

• Confirm that offer details are meticulously reviewed and free of errors prior to sending them to candidates.

• Initiate and monitor background checks and drug screenings for all new hires through Checkr.

• Track compliance status and proactively follow up to avoid delays in the onboarding process.

• Maintain accurate records to assist with compliance tracking and auditing needs.

• Act as a responsive and compassionate point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

• Provide clear, warm, and professional communications that embody Arine's employer brand.

• Ensure that each candidate, regardless of the outcome, feels respected, informed, and valued.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a similar position in a dynamic environment.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a proven history of accuracy in high-volume administrative tasks.

• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to compose professional and friendly messages for candidates.

• Proven ability to independently handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

• A genuine sense of empathy and a candidate-first mindset, recognizing that every interaction influences someone's view of Arine.

• Comfort in operating independently with minimal oversight, while understanding when to escalate issues.

• Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); experience with Rippling is preferred (Greenhouse also accepted).

• Experience with pre-employment compliance processes (background checks, drug screenings); familiarity with Checkr is a significant advantage.

• Experience supporting clinical or healthcare recruitment is a plus, although not mandatory.
