This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Organize and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Deliver an outstanding experience for all parties involved, including candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
• Proactively identify areas for enhancing recruitment processes, sharing ideas, and executing improvements.
• Participate actively in recruitment strategy meetings to grasp the needs of the hiring team.
• Keep accurate and current candidate records in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and scheduling system (ModernLoop).
• Support various administrative functions related to recruitment, such as preparing interview materials, coordinating travel arrangements (if applicable), and managing recruitment documentation.
• Represent Upstart’s Recruiting function positively and professionally for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Over 1 year of experience in Recruiting Operations. Prior experience with scheduling or calendaring (familiarity with Greenhouse and ModernLoop is advantageous).
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A motivated team player with a proactive and upbeat attitude.
