This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter for open positions.
• Compose and dispatch tailored outbound messages; oversee follow-up schedules.
• Develop and sustain talent pipelines for recurring positions across various service lines.
• Arrange interviews across different time zones, ensuring a balance between candidate and senior leader schedules.
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle: confirmations, reschedules, links, preparation materials, and follow-ups.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate data and stages within the ATS, ensuring the system remains organized and precise.
• Produce weekly recruiting reports encompassing open roles, pipeline health, time-to-fill, and funnel metrics.
• Review and enhance ATS workflows as we expand.
• Take ownership of the candidate experience from initial outreach to the offer and onboarding transition.
• Provide timely and thoughtful communications at every phase.
• Gather candidate feedback and highlight trends to the Talent Acquisition team.
• Deliver exceptional coordination for partner-track and executive searches.
• Schedule meetings with senior leadership while maintaining discretion.
• Prepare interview materials, scorecards, and debrief sessions.
• Manage job postings across LinkedIn, Indeed, niche job boards, and the careers page.
• Collaborate with recruiting agencies and search partners on current mandates.
• Handle referral submissions and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR operations, or executive support.
• Outstanding organizational abilities; adept at keeping track of multiple tasks.
• Comfortable interacting with senior executives with poise and discretion.
• Proficient in technology: ATS (such as Greenhouse, BreezyHR, etc.), LinkedIn Recruiter, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• High emotional intelligence; treats every candidate as if the firm's reputation is at stake.
• Self-driven and responsible in a remote-first environment.
