Recruiting Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee coordination within the US and LATAM recruitment teams.

• Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and vendors on various analytics positions.

• Assist the recruiting team in tracking candidates' progress throughout the pipeline.

• Source and screen candidate profiles, while creating and maintaining the candidate pipeline.

• Support the lead recruiter with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

• Manage the ATS system, gather feedback, and refine the recruitment process.

• Engage and attract talent from senior consultants to leadership roles.

• Plan interviews, extend offers, and negotiate terms based on input from hiring managers.

• Develop partnerships with external recruiting firms or contractors to address urgent hiring needs.

• Carry out administrative tasks as necessary to assist the recruitment team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in recruitment.

• Experience in hiring talent for data science, analytics, data engineering, or business analyst roles is preferred.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and similar tools.

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
