This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and arrange interviews for candidates with hiring managers and team members.

• Communicate with candidates about interview logistics, updates on scheduling, and information regarding the hiring process.

• Maintain precise applicant records in applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases.

• Assist in managing job postings across approved recruitment platforms.

• Monitor candidate progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• Provide support to recruiting teams with interview scheduling, calendar management, and hiring coordination.

• Compile recruitment reports and summaries of hiring activities.

• Ensure that recruiting documentation is organized and kept up to date.

• Aid in the onboarding process for newly hired employees.

• Professionally and promptly respond to candidate inquiries.

• Ensure compliance with company recruiting procedures and relevant employment regulations.

• Perform additional recruiting and administrative tasks as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• An associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative roles, customer service, recruiting support, human resources, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Excellent organizational skills and time-management abilities are required.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is a must.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace is necessary.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work setting.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner.

• A reliable high-speed internet connection is required.
