This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee and uphold recruiting systems, candidate records, and hiring workflows to ensure the recruiting process remains organized and current.
β’ Identify and source qualified candidates via job boards, recruiting platforms, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach efforts.
β’ Assist in the creation, posting, and updating of job advertisements across various recruiting platforms and hiring channels.
β’ Evaluate resumes and aid in the initial candidate screening process to pinpoint strong-fit candidates for open positions.
β’ Facilitate interviews among candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams within a completely remote organization.
β’ Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to deliver a professional and organized candidate experience.
β’ Manage candidate pipelines, interview progress, and recruiting workflows to enhance hiring efforts from sourcing to candidate selection.
β’ Support hiring managers by coordinating recruiting updates, follow-ups, and subsequent steps during the hiring process.
β’ Contribute to the improvement of recruiting processes, documentation, and hiring workflows as the organization expands.
β’ Handle candidate and company information with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
β’ 1β3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, HR coordination, or a similar role focused on coordination.
β’ Experience in maintaining candidate records, recruiting systems, interview schedules, and hiring workflows.
β’ Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple open roles and adapting to shifting priorities.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
β’ High level of organizational accuracy in scheduling, documentation, candidate records, and recruiting coordination tasks.
β’ Ability to work independently in a remote setting while remaining aligned with hiring priorities and team requirements.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, and other collaboration platforms.
