This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offers daily administrative assistance to the Recruiting Team
• Conducts database management and research to identify target organizations
• Maintains the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Inputs test results
• Follows up with candidates
• Coordinates communications within the recruiting team
• Manages invoicing processes
• Performs additional related tasks as required
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in administration, human resources, or recruitment processes
• Capability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information
• Proficient in presenting information effectively and responding to inquiries
• Experience with the internet, including job boards, job postings, and networking
• Ability to establish strong relationships with the recruiting team and candidates
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Strong organizational skills, including effective time management and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
