Recruiting Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee and organize interviews from start to finish across a range of open positions, ensuring that every detail is verified and nothing is overlooked.

• Act as the main scheduling contact for candidates during the interview process, providing a welcoming and well-structured experience.

• Keep accurate records of candidates and pipeline information in Greenhouse in real-time.

• Collaborate with recruiters and sourcers to handle logistics — including calendar management, interviewer preparation, and video link setup — for multiple concurrent requisitions.

• Proactively communicate when changes occur in schedules, conflicts emerge, or candidates require updates.

• Assist in talent acquisition operational workflows, including BrightHire coordination and other tools as we automate and enhance processes.

• You have experience in a fast-paced coordination, scheduling, or operations role and have excelled under pressure.

• You communicate with clarity and warmth — ensuring candidates and interviewers feel informed and cared for.

• You regard data accuracy as a professional obligation, not a secondary concern.

• You take initiative — you don't wait to be prompted to flag a conflict or complete a task.
