• Oversee and coordinate pre-employment activities by effectively liaising with candidates, recruiters, and vendors, ensuring the precise and timely completion of all required steps.
• Maintain consistent communication between new hires and recruiters to facilitate a smooth process.
• Exhibit outstanding communication abilities to deliver a service-oriented experience to various stakeholders throughout the recruitment journey.
• Work collaboratively with vendors in a professional and courteous manner, swiftly addressing any process-related concerns, procedures, or unique challenges that may emerge during the recruitment process.
• Utilize Workday proficiently throughout the hiring and onboarding phases, ensuring candidate information is accurate and current.
• Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion, honoring company and candidate confidentiality while ensuring data security.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Proficient in the MS Office Suite.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms is preferred.
• Prior experience in HR or Recruiting is preferred.
• Experience interacting with customers, both internal and external, is preferred.
• Proven experience in managing pre-employment screenings and maintaining associated confidential data is preferred.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is preferred.
