• Oversee interview coordination across various time zones, effectively managing intricate calendars.
• Ensure ATS data integrity by conducting daily reviews of candidate stages, information, and interview evaluations.
• Follow up with interviewers to guarantee prompt submission of their interview assessments.
• Prepare offer letters and manage pre-hire documentation for candidates who have been selected.
• Regularly assess job descriptions, track applicant volumes and funnel performance, and proactively identify potential issues.
• Handle job postings and reposting activities across various job boards and hiring platforms to sustain a robust applicant flow.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in coordination, scheduling, or recruitment operations.
• Exceptional organizational skills combined with a keen attention to detail.
• Practical experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable collaborating with global teams across different time zones.
• Experience in supporting high-volume recruitment efforts.
• Familiarity with Ashby or comparable modern ATS solutions.
• Knowledge of job posting optimization or recruitment metrics.
• Background in HR, Talent Acquisition, or operations is preferred.
• Recent graduates demonstrating strong execution skills are encouraged to apply.
