This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.
• Facilitate interviews across various time zones while efficiently managing intricate calendars.
• Ensure ATS accuracy through daily audits of candidate statuses, data, and feedback from interviews.
• Follow up with interviewers to guarantee prompt submission of their feedback after interviews.
• Prepare offer letters and manage pre-hire documentation for candidates who are selected.
• Regularly assess job descriptions, track applicant volume and funnel performance, and proactively identify issues.
• Oversee job postings and re-posting activities across different job boards and hiring channels to sustain a steady flow of applicants.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in coordination, scheduling, or recruitment operations.
• Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Practical experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ease in collaborating with global teams across various time zones.
• Experience in supporting high-volume recruitment.
• Familiarity with Ashby or other modern ATS tools.
• Knowledge of job posting optimization or recruitment analytics.
• Background in HR, Talent Acquisition, or operations.
• Recent graduates with strong execution capabilities are encouraged to apply.
