📋 Description

• The Recruiter plays a crucial role in ensuring Service Excellence throughout the entire recruitment process.

• Serve as a brand representative for the client, with a focus on attracting outstanding talent while providing proactive and timely updates regarding the status of the search.

• Conduct a comprehensive job scope meeting with the hiring leader to define position specifications.

• Review applicants who have submitted their resumes through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Assess candidate qualifications in relation to position requirements.

• Create and manage recruitment marketing or sourcing strategies to identify the most suitable candidate sources.

• Source candidates through resume databases, search engines, and networking platforms.

• Engage with candidates to ensure they receive timely updates about their application status.

• Prepare and utilize phone interview templates tailored to the job description.

• Conduct skills testing as necessary and assess the results.

• Collaborate with the hiring leader to finalize offer details and communicate the job offer to the candidate.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is highly preferred.

• A minimum of two years of recruiting experience with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Skilled in Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Understanding of common Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
